We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property services provider who is expanding their team with four new multi-skilled operatives.The Role:You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team responsible for delivering a wide range of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks. Your core duties will include:

• First and second fix joinery
• Kitchen and bathroom installations
• Basic plumbing and tiling
• General property repairs and maintenance
• Working in both occupied and void properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in joinery and general building maintenance
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery (preferred)
• Multi-trade skills (e.g., plumbing, tiling, plastering) are highly desirable.
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude
