In this pivotal role, you'll manage critical financial processes that support scientists and medical professionals who deliver diagnostic excellence every day.What you'll do:- Drive financial accuracy through meticulous management of accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets- Own the billing system and weekly invoicing schedules- Assist with monthly management accounts and reporting- Support budget forecasting and process improvements- Automation of reporting and process improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial excellenceWhat you'll bring:- 3+ years of experience in a similar role-  Some formal accountancy training - part qualified or a stopped studier is ideal-  A self starter with the ability to build relationships across the business-  Advanced Excel skills-  Keen attention to detail- Ability to work to tight deadlines-  Collaborative mindset with independent problem-solving skillsWhat they offer:?
