We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a thriving nursery with two welcoming sites in South Woodford and Woodford Green. This is a permanent opportunity offering flexibility to suit your work-life balance.

Nursery Practitioner - Permanent Position
South Woodford & Woodford Green

Working Hours:

Option 1: 36 hours per week (8:00am - 6:00pm over 4 days)
Option 2: 45 hours per week (8:00am - 6:00pm over 5 days)
Requirements:

Level 3 CACHE qualification in EYFS or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Main Responsibilities:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate learning activities in collaboration with lead educators. In this role, you will help maintain smooth classroom routines, foster positive social interactions during play, and encourage children's curiosity and development.

You will assist in creating a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment, observe and document children's progress, and actively participate in team meetings, training, and professional development. The position also involves building strong relationships with parents and carers, upholding the values and standards of Nannie Annies, and ensuring full adherence to the educational framework, as well as all organisational and government policies and procedures.
