KS1 Class Teacher - Cornwall

Start Date: September 2025 or ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time, ongoing
Pay: £130-£150 per day (depending on experience and placement)

Tradewind Recruitment are supporting primary schools across Cornwall in finding passionate and committed KS1 Teachers for the new academic year. Whether you're looking for a fresh permanent role or a long-term placement with flexibility, we'd love to hear from you.

We're recruiting for schools that value creativity, nurture, and a strong understanding of early learning. If you're confident with phonics, KS1 frameworks and building strong classroom routines - we want to work with you.

You'll need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (desirable not essential)

A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and phonics

Good behaviour management and a warm, engaging style

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
