A leading telecom company seeks motivated individuals looking to grow with a fast-paced and progressive company. As an entry-level call center tech support agent, you will be trained on basic tech troubleshooting.

Schedules include the following:

Monday - Friday

12 pm – 9 pm

11 am – 8 pm

1 pm – 10 pm

Wednesday-Saturday

11 pm – 9 am (4x10)

Sunday-Thursday

11 pm – 9 am (4x10)

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer requests in an accurate and professional manner via email and inbound calls.
- Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and are satisfactory to customers by following up with them and internal departments.
