Part-Time Accounts Assistant - Temporary to Permanent Location: Bedford, BedfordshireSalary: £28,000 to £32,000 (Pro-rata) - Based on Experience Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent, Part-Time (20-25 hours/week)Working Arrangement: Fully Office-Based

The Role:

This is a pivotal role within a small, close-knit finance team reporting directly to the finance director.

• Processing purchase ledger invoices and allocating them to purchase orders
• Assisting with weekly subcontractor payments
• Supporting payroll processing
• Maintaining accurate financial records in a predominantly manual, paper-based system

About You:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
• Familiarity with construction industry practices is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
