Structural Steel Fabricator / Plater - Coatbridge

£22-£32 per hour | Overtime Available | Immediate Start

Global Recruitment is seeking experienced Structural Steel Fabricators and Platers to join a skilled and professional team in Coatbridge. If you have experience in fabrication, plating, and delivering high-quality workmanship, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do:

* Fabricate steel components accurately to engineering drawings

* Carry out plating work, including cutting, shaping, and assembling steel plates

* Work closely with welders and production teams to meet project requirements

* Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely

* Maintain quality standards on all work

* Follow health & safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in structural steel fabrication and plating

* Skilled in cutting, bending, and assembling steel plates

* Experience on large or complex projects

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Skilled in the use of fabrication and plating tools and machinery

* Strong attention to detail and precision

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:

* Day Shift: Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:00

* Night Shift: Mon-Fri, 20:00-06:00

* Overtime available after 39 hours

Pay & Benefits:

* Day Rate: £22 per hour

* Night Rate: £28 per hour

* Enhanced overtime rates available

* Flexible payment options: CIS / Umbrella (PAYE after 13 weeks)

* Immediate starts available
