Are you an experienced Site Agent looking to play a key role in delivering major power and transmission infrastructure?

We're working with a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor delivering a large-scale underground cabling and substation project in North Scotland, and they're looking to strengthen their delivery team with an experienced Site Agent.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Typical duties will include:

* Managing civils works packages including earthworks, ducting, cable routes, and substation infrastructure

* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and plant

* Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and budget

* Driving high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance

* Managing site documentation including RAMS, permits, and reporting

* Liaising with project stakeholders including clients, engineers, and commercial teams

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲

You'll be working on a major infrastructure scheme involving:

* Underground HV cable installation

* Substation civils and associated infrastructure

* Earthworks, drainage, and access construction

* Working within a live energy environment

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

* Proven experience as a Site Agent within civils / infrastructure

* Experience on power, transmission, or major infrastructure projects (desirable)

* Strong understanding of earthworks, ducting, drainage, and RC works

* Experience managing teams and subcontractors on site

* Good knowledge of H&S and quality procedures

* Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree preferred)
