THE ROLE

As Events Coordinator, you will take ownership of planning and delivering bespoke events while maintaining a polished, professional guest experience throughout.

• Engaging with senior clients and stakeholders to plan and deliver bespoke events and hospitality experiences
• Coordinating a wide variety of events — from client meetings to premium VIP occasions
• Managing guest reception and ensuring every arrival is seamless and polished
• Working closely with catering, hospitality and reception teams to align on standards
• Ensuring all event spaces are prepared and presented to an exceptional standard at all times
• Managing event logistics, timelines and operational delivery with precision
• Building strong, trusted client relationships and anticipating their requirements
• Supporting multiple concurrent events in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in events, hospitality or corporate hospitality — essential
• Experience within a financial or corporate client environment — highly desirable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Professional, polished and confident — in approach and personal presentation
• Calm under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, memorable client experiences
