Salary: Up to £23549 per annum

As a Video and Digital Team Apprentice, you will play an active role in supporting the creation, delivery, and optimisation of digital and video content across a wide range of marketing and communication campaigns for Broadland District Council and South Norfolk Council.

Working closely with the Marketing and Communications team, you will contribute to the full video production process - from planning and scripting through to filming, editing, and final delivery. You will help shape creative concepts, support the development of campaign materials, and ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will assist in researching, preparing, and developing media messaging tailored to target audiences, as well as helping to coordinate marketing briefs and present design ideas. You will support the rollout of projects across multiple formats and channels, editing and updating designs, videos, and animations to maintain consistency and high production values. You will also help evaluate campaign performance through data collection and analytics.

Alongside content creation, you will contribute to market research, competitor analysis, supplier coordination, and budget tracking. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will develop technical skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, videography, photography, and general digital production.

You will be expected to study for your Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship alongside your role; for which you will be given study time during your working hours.
