Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Hayes who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.

About the Role

Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on school needs.

Provide one-to-one and small group interventions, including with children who have special educational needs.

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

Contribute to creating a positive and supportive classroom environment.

The School is looking for someone who:

Has previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable).

Is patient, caring and passionate about supporting learning.

Has strong communication skills and can work well as part of a team.

Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

Is willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
