What the role involves:

This is a full-time office-based Role Monday - Friday

Daily Cash Book input of all Receipts & Payments generated by dealership activities
Weekly & Monthly Bank Reconciliation
Purchase Ledger invoice posting
Monthly supplier statement reconciliation
Sales ledger posting/reconciliation
Credit control
Vehicle invoice processingWhat do you need?

Motor Trade knowledge would be an advantage, but is not essential
Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Strong administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment, meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail
Liaison with external auditors
