Call Handler | London | Fixed Term Contract
We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious build-to-rent client for a Call Handler to join their award-winning residential development in Wembley Park - one of the UK's most exciting urban neighbourhoods.
This is a sales-driven, customer-first role at the front end of the customer journey, perfect for someone who loves working with people and thrives on hitting targets.
What you'll be doing:
✅ Answering inbound enquiries and proactively contacting new leads
✅ Qualifying customers and matching them to the right apartment
✅ Booking viewing tours and negotiating to close
✅ Promoting additional services such as parking and storage
✅ Keeping systems accurate and documentation compliant
✅ Supporting leasing open days and resident events
What we're looking for:
