Excellent opportunity for a Procurement Assistant with experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment who is looking for an immediate start on a long term 12 month contract with an international market leading company.

They have been established for 100 years and are continuing their expansion to this day. Due to their continued growth they are now looking to add to their specialist team.

In this role you will be working as part of an established team where you will be responsible for various purchasing activities with international suppliers. You will be involved with raising purchase orders, supplier performance reviews and managing supplier accounts. This role will be working a Monday to Friday 36.5 hour week working Inside of IR35 regulations. The successful candidate for this role would be required to be on site 5 days a week.

The Role:

Working with an established buying team and working with a global supply chain
Completing a range of supplier relationship management activities
12 month initial contract with long term extension opportunitiesThe Person:

Buyer with experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Previous experience working with SAP preferred
