A dynamic and expanding education provider based in Rotherham is seeking passionate and qualified Secondary Teachers across English, Maths, and Science. This unique role combines online teaching with face-to-face learner support, making it ideal for educators who want to make a real impact in alternative provision and virtual learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live support to learners via virtual classrooms (chat and video)
- Plan and record high-quality, engaging lessons for online delivery
- Provide tailored academic guidance and feedback to support student progress
- Offer in-person teaching and mentoring to small groups of learners
- Liaise with partner schools regarding learner progress, behavior, and engagement
- Work collaboratively with teaching colleagues to refine and improve delivery practices
- Engage in regular CPD to keep up to date with best teaching practices
- Follow all safeguarding protocols and contribute to a safe learning environment
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- A degree in Education or relevant subject (English, Maths, or Science)
- Recent enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills
- Experience working in alternative provision or online teaching environments is desirable but not essential
