Project Engineer

£40,000 - £45,000 + Company Vehicle

My client is a growing UK renewable energy installation company looking for a skilled engineer who's ready to step up, lead from the front, and deliver outstanding results with their ongoing projects.

What you'll be doing:

Leading on-site installations and coordinating subcontractors
Carrying out hands-on mechanical/electrical works, including welding
Taking final measurements, planning schedules, and keeping projects on track
Troubleshooting issues and commissioning completed installations

Skills and experience required:

Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (experience in Renewables, Anaerobic Digestion, agricultural, Energy from Waste or Biomass)
Hold a Level 3 qualification or higher in an Engineering field
Strong communication, organisation, and numeracy skills
Relevant licences and certifications (CSCS, SSST, telehandler, working at height, etc.)
Willingness to travel and work flexibly across the UK, including overnight stays.
