As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Internal Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide internal technical support and expertise within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, coupled with excellent communication skills to assist both internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

* Provide expert technical support and assistance to internal teams, including sales, customer service, and engineering.

* Address technical queries and issues related to hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems.

Product Knowledge:

* Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product portfolio.

* Conduct product training sessions for internal teams to enhance their technical knowledge.


* Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by internal stakeholders and customers.

* Collaborate with field engineers and technicians to troubleshoot complex problems.


* Create and update technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

* Ensure that documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and easily accessible.

Customer Communication:

* Assist in communicating technical information to customers, providing support through various channels, including phone and email.

* Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries effectively.

Collaboration with Product Development:

* Work closely with the product development team to provide insights into customer feedback and technical requirements.

* Contribute to the development of new products based on technical insights.


1. Knoweldge in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Power Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in providing technical support for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

3. Knowledge of fluid power components, including pumps, valves, and actuators.

4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

7. Familiarity with technical drawing interpretation is a plus
