We have a full time and part time Waking night package that has become available Please see the details surrounding the support for this individual below: • Bradford, BD4 • 20 Year Old Female, 21 in September • Transitioning from Living at home to independent living for the first time • Diagnoses : Learning Disabilities, Peg Feed for Meds only (Drinks/Eats Orally) • Dravet Syndrome meaning Epileptic Seizures 5 Times a week during the night - Ensure safe and Reposition comfortably, lasts a few minutes. • Able individual, Verbally communicative • General Independence support : Hygiene, food preparation, encouraging routines (Accessing the community during the day only) • Interests : All things girly, anything pink and listening to Elvis songs • Personal Care (AM - Strip Wash, Brush Hair and Teeth) (PM - Intimate Personal Care, Full Wash) • Not challenging behaviour • Waking Nights - 9pm to 9am • Car Driver not required for nights
