We're seeking a Senior Process Technologist who's ready to take ownership of critical product launches and drive manufacturing excellence from concept to shelf.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Process Technologist:

Own and manage NPD & EPD critical paths, ensuring seamless product launches that align with the business gold-standard processes.
Lead technical trials and sample testing, working as an integral part of the site HACCP team to uphold food safety, compliance, and quality assurance protocols.
Act as a key customer contact, confidently communicating project updates, technical details and insights via email, phone and in-person meetings.
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, technical, development and commercial teams to optimise product performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
Mentor and support junior technologists, sharing your expertise to develop team capability and deputise for the Process Manager when required.
Ensure technical documentation is audit-ready, with meticulous attention to detail across sample plans, risk assessments, and factory trial reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with lean manufacturing principles, sustainability goals and innovation strategies.
Champion product excellence, ensuring every product leaving the line exceeds customer expectations in taste, texture, and quality.What you'll need:

Experience within an NPD or Process role specifically within the food manufacturing industry is essential
Experience dealing directly with major retailers
