We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Class Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to make a real impact in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.

About the Role:You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that engage and inspire pupils, supporting their academic and personal development. The school prides itself on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum

  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback

  • Maintain a well-managed, safe, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider school community

  • Take part in school events, staff meetings, and CPD opportunities

Person Specification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2

  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills

  • A reflective and resilient approach to teaching

  • Commitment to supporting all pupils to succeed
