Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will hold active SC Clearance and have a proven background as Workforce Planning, with the following skills and experience:

• Extensive experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies.
• Experience in HR activities, building and developing organisational growth, capability, and culture.
• Experience in business planning processes and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Experience in coaching and people development
• Experience of working within a Public Sector/Central Government IT Service Environment
• Professional Qualifications CIPD qualification - desired
