Are you a PWP looking to work in an Adults Mental Health Team in the area of Blackburn?

Our Nursing Team is actively seeking PWP to work at either remote in the NHS Clinic. Your role would require you to assess and support people with mental health problems over the phone.

Overview:

• Location: Blackburn (remote and inhouse)

• Pay: £13 - £15 per hour
• Shifts: Mon to Fri ( 9am - 5pm)

The role:

This role is a Full time contract and can be flexible, with either full or part-time hours available. We are especially interested to hear from PWP's who are compassionate, committed and have experience in multiple fields whether General, Mental Health or Learning Disabilities with past PWP experience.

Duties will include:

• Making Mental Health Assessment over the phone
• Passing information over to the Mental Health team
• Taking accurate information from patients
• Setting up care plans based on the assessments
  

Requirements

• You must be an experienced Band 5 PWP.
• You will possess a responsible nature, providing high standards of Nursing Care to ensure that each resident is provided with a homely, caring environment at all times
• You must lend a caring professional attitude to the role and be compassionate in nature
• You will be a team player working alongside the Registered Manager and other care professionals
• You must have the right to work in UK
