This Housing Association looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor in their Income Team. Ideally you may have a background in income, understanding the importance of supporting our resident so sustain their tenancy.

They are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service, always striving to go above and beyond for our residents and can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and thrives in a team-oriented, collaborative setting.

About You

You will need to have a passion for the association's belief that everyone is entitled to a quality, affordable safe home. You will need to be highly committed and motivated to contribute to our mission to be viewed as a brilliant housing association by their residents, stakeholders, and staff. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and guidance, manage queries and requests efficiently, ensuring all issues are resolved with professionalism and care. You will work closely with the housing teams to ensure that services are delivered to the highest standards.

This role will play a key role in enhancing the customer journey, offering creative solutions, and driving continuous improvement.
