Project Manager - Fire Safety Compliance | Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich

£30/hr PAYE | 6-Month Contract | 40hrs/week

Immediate Start - High-Profile Healthcare Project

JML are looking for a Project Manager to lead fire safety compliance at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich. This is your chance to manage contractors, ensure fire PPMs are completed, and oversee the passive fire system (Bolster) on-site.

What You'll Do

Lead Fire Risk Assessments and remediation actions

*

Manage fire PPMs and provide evidence for meetings

*

Attend quarterly Fire Committee meetings with key stakeholders

*

Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with passive fire systems

*

Support the team to meet HTM guidance (05-01 / 05-02 / 05-03 / 81 / 82)

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience managing people/services in a technical or healthcare setting

*

Knowledge of fire safety compliance

*

Desirable: IOSH/NEBOSH Fire, Fire Risk Assessment experience

*

Strong organisational and communication skills
