A well-established and design-led architectural practice is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join their dynamic team in Preston. The practice has a rich heritage and a diverse portfolio, and is recognised for delivering thoughtful and technically accomplished architecture across the education, healthcare, conservation and commercial sectors.

Lead and support design development across all RIBA stages
Prepare and coordinate detailed construction information and specifications
Manage project delivery, including contract administration and site inspections
Liaise effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams
Contribute to planning applications, feasibility studies and design reportsRequirements:

ARB-registered Architect with UK experience across education projects
Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in sectors such as education, healthcare, or conservation is highly advantageous
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A proactive attitude and a collaborative mindset
