📍 Location: Brigg
🕒 Hours: Rotational Shifts
- Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 Midnight (Friday off)
- Week 2: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
The Best Connection are looking for reliable and hardworking Assembly Operatives to join our team in Brigg, where we manufacture high-quality composite doors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with real potential for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble composite doors using hand and power tools
- Use scanning devices to track and manage components
- Perform manual tasks including lifting, fitting, and quality checks
- Meet daily production targets
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse work (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
