Associate Customer Success Manager (C2 and above Spanish fluency) Role:

As an Associate Customer Success Manager you will onboard and guide customers and partners on the company's Engage platform, doing everything possible to make sure that each client has a great experience working with the business and is receiving maximum value from the platform. Other responsibilities will include:

Develop presentation skills through client communication. You'll provide training to clients on how to use the tool, and assist with periodic business reviews
Plan out a strategy of regular touchpoints with the customers in your portfolio to keep them on track
Consistently draw on internal resources across all functions in the company in order to deliver the best possible results to clients
Stay up to date on product best practices, , upcoming releases and any other features that could be aligned to help customers achieve their goals
Maintain strong communication and business relationships with clients, managing all expectations and enabling them to use the company offering to its fullest
Associate Customer Success Manager (C2 and above Spanish fluency) Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Fluency in English and Spanish to a C2 level at the very least! 
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Keen to learn and develop new skills
You have a passion for providing a great customer experience
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
