Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a district council based in the South East who are seeking to hire an interim planning lawyer on a 6 month rolling contract.

Candidates would be expected to attend two monthly planning committees (evenings) in person, apart from that the role is fully remote.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience working within local government legal teams,

- Have extensive experience with complex s106s, committee reports, appeals, and enforcement,

- Be able to attend both evening committees each month,

- Have two references from previous employees.
