BIM Recruiter is a leading technical recruitment consultancy serving clients in the Architecture, Construction and Engineering sectors in the UK, Ireland and Europe.

We're hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role with full training and serious earning potential.

What you'll be doing:

* Winning new business and building client relationships

* Sourcing and interviewing candidates

* Managing vacancies from brief to placement

* Developing your own market within construction and engineering

* Working towards targets, deals, and commission

What we're looking for:

* Confident and driven

* Money-motivated and competitive

* Strong communicator

* Resilient with a great work ethic

* Sales, customer service, or construction/engineering experience is a bonus

* IT Skills (email, working with databases, MS office) - a distinct advantage
