We are currently working with a well-regarded SEN secondary school in Sefton that is seeking multiple ECTs to join their dedicated team this September. The school caters to pupils with a range of needs, including autism (ASC), moderate learning difficulties (MLD), social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, and complex learning profiles.

The Role:

Full-time teaching position within a specialist SEN setting

Delivering accessible and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs

Collaborating with experienced support staff and SEN professionals

Promoting a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

Benefitting from a supportive ECT induction and professional development

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it by July 2025

A genuine interest in SEN education and a commitment to inclusive teaching

Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude

Ability to inspire, support, and motivate pupils with diverse needs
