The Role

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of tax specialists. You'll balance hands-on advisory work with people leadership - ensuring service levels are met, technical standards are upheld, and team members are supported to develop and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert telephone and email tax advice to clients
Lead, coach, and develop a team of advisors to achieve personal and team KPIs
Collaborate with operations to manage workflow and resource planning
Monitor performance using service metrics and quality standards
Identify training needs and support technical development across the team
Champion a positive team culture with a focus on accountability and collaboration
Support continuous service and process improvements
Promote growth opportunities, referrals, and client engagement initiatives
