I'm working with a leading commercial HVAC specialist delivering installation projects across retail, healthcare, and commercial environments, and they're looking for an Air Conditioning Project Manager to take full ownership of their projects.

This is an office-based role in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing projects from survey through to completion, combining technical knowledge with commercial responsibility.

Surveying, designing and pricing AC & ventilation projects
Managing projects end-to-end (enquiry → handover)
Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and site teams
Attending client and main contractor meetings
Producing quotations, proposals and O&MsWhat You'll Need

Strong background in Air Conditioning (VRV/VRF & Splits)
Good understanding of ventilation, chillers, controls & commissioning
Experience delivering projects within the retail sector
Confident with pricing, surveys and client-facing workThe successful Air Conditioning Project Manager will be on up to £65,000, depending on experience + £6k car allowance + mileage expenses + holiday & BH + pension + package.
