Assistant Service Manager required for our Client's Family-run Independent Garage based in the Nottingham area.

For your hard work for our Client you can expect a basic salary of up to £32,000, with OTE of £40,000.

The hours of work in this Assistant Service Manager position are Monday - Friday : 8:30am - 5:30pm and 1 in 2 Saturday's (finish at 1pm!).

Help run the branch smoothly day-to-day and step in for the manager when needed
Make sure customers get great service and clear updates, from check-in to pick-up
Spot and act on sales opportunities (like upselling services)
Keep track of all jobs, parts, and admin to keep everything running efficiently
Stay on top of health & safety, keep the workspace tidy, and support the team wherever neededRequirements:

Previous working experience within a Assistant Service Manager capacity
Outstanding Management skills
Technically minded
