Electrician - Social Housing

Full Time | Permanent | 40 hours per week
Location: Kings Lynn / Dereham (travel across Norfolk & North Suffolk)

Salary: £37,534 per annum, rising to £43,530 with progression

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Electrician to join a reputable housing association, delivering essential electrical works across social housing properties.

This role is a great foot in the door for anyone looking to build a long-term career in social housing, offering stability, progression, and strong support.

Duties include:

Electrical repairs and fault finding in occupied and vacant homes
Domestic electrical inspections and testing (EICRs)
Void property electrical works
Reactive maintenance within social housing
Delivering a professional, tenant-focused service

What We're Looking For

NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience in domestic or property maintenance work

(DBS check and participation in an on-call rota required)
