Maintenance Plumber
Location: Mobile - Manchester and Warrington
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Call-Out: 1 in 5 rota

We're partnering with a progressive FM company seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to cover two key commercial sites across Manchester and Warrington. This is a mobile role involving both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs, offering excellent overtime potential, competitive pay, and a stable, long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing, and breakdown repairs on plumbing systems

*

Install, repair, and maintain pipework, boilers, pumps, valves, and other plumbing equipment

*

Address both commercial water systems and heating systems on-site

*

Assist with general building maintenance tasks as required

*

Complete accurate maintenance reports and ensure compliance with health and safety standards

*

Participate in a 1 in 5 call-out rota to provide emergency cover

Requirements:

*

Qualified plumber with NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing and Heating

*

Relevant Gas Safe Registration (essential)

*

Full UK Driving Licence - must be able to cover both Manchester and Warrington sites

*

Proven mobile maintenance plumbing experience in commercial environments

*

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
