You will benefit from regular development reviews and mentoring. This is a very collaborative team environment, working in an open plan office alongside Operations, Customer Care, and Finance. Working hours are 9:00 to 5:00, Monday to Thursday with a 4:30 finish on a Friday. Free parking is available, as well as on the job training and development you will receive uncapped commission based on weekly targets of appointments booked. There is also an opportunity to achieve a quarterly bonus based on performance in relation to company set targets.

The Essence of The Role

Being responsible for the development and performance of a team of telesales executives through regular reviews and training sessions to simplify and improve processes.

Scope of the Telesales Team Leader

* Managing telesales team to ensure all inbound leads are followed up and targets met

* Planning/delivery of training and development to maintain high levels of performance

* Ensure that the team's performance is of high quality and visits booked are fully qualified

* Support a team of designers across the UK -arranging appointment in their territories

* Daily team briefings updating the team on company news, targets/plan of action for the day

* Working alongside the SMT to improve processes and efficiency within the team

* Interviewing/training new members of the team

Prerequisites

* 2 years' experience line management of a team

* At least 2 years' experience in a telesales role

* Can demonstrate achieving targets and developing members of staff

* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

* Positive approach with a “can do” attitude

* Structured approach to conducting work and ability to prioritise
