They are looking to recruit a Humanities Teacher on a permanent basis for to begin in September. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Humanities lessons across different year groups.
  • Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation among students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic development.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary approaches within the Humanities curriculum.
  • Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the school's community and ethos.
  • Stay updated with the latest educational research and integrate new learning strategies and technologies into your teaching practice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Degree in Humanities or Geography, History or RS. 
  • Strong understanding of the current curriculum and teaching standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
