A leading not‑for‑profit organisation in London is looking for a D365 CE Functional Consultant to support their ongoing digital transformation across Sales and Service. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your CE expertise in a mission‑driven environment where technology directly supports meaningful outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Leading functional design and configuration across D365 CE Sales & Service
• Running workshops, gathering requirements, and shaping end‑to‑end processes
• Working closely with technical teams to support integrations and solution design
• Leveraging Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to enhance capability
• Supporting continuous improvement and user adoption across the organisation

What we're looking for

• Strong experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant
• Hands‑on knowledge of Sales & Service modules
• Good understanding of Azure and Power Platform components
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable CE solutions
• Confident working with stakeholders in a collaborative, purpose‑led environment

Working pattern

• 2 days per week onsite in London
• Remote for the remaining days
