£55,000 - £60,000 PER ANNUM

Day to Day Duties

As a HR Manager your role will include:

• Managing relations with operational flexible labour provider:
• Budget management and reporting
• Colleague support and well-being
• Payroll, rewards and benefits
• Maximising potential through training and development
• Maintaining positive employee relations (ER)
• Recruitment
• Driving improvements and supporting change

Essential Skills

As a HR Manager it is essential that you:

• Have experience managing a HR function
• CIPD Qualified
• Very Strong Communication skills
• Value confidentiality

Desirable Experience

It would be desirable as a HR manager if you:-

• Have experience working within the manufacturing industry
• Can start as soon as possible
