Key Duties:

Direct and manage all on-site construction activities for major commercial new builds, fit-outs, and refurbishments.

Lead and inspire project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve outstanding results.

Maintain rigorous control over project programmes, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring client satisfaction.

Champion a proactive health and safety culture, ensuring compliance and best practices.

*

Coordinate extensively with design teams, clients, and specialist contractors to resolve technical challenges.

*

Oversee procurement, logistics, and resource allocation to optimize site efficiency.

*

Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, providing clear and concise reports.

Requirements:

Significant experience (5+ years) as a Senior Site Manager on major commercial construction projects (e.g., offices, retail, mixed-use, leisure).

*

Demonstrable experience with complex fit-out and refurbishment projects in live environments.

*

Strong understanding of commercial building regulations, M&E systems, and modern construction techniques.

*

SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work certifications are essential.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

*

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
