We're a growing manufacturing company seeking a Product Engineer with a strong foundation in electrical systems and working knowledge of mechanical engineering, who's ready to step into a more strategic Technical Product Manager role.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with around 5 years of experience across electrical engineering, mechanical systems, and product-related functions, looking to move beyond engineering delivery into a product leadership role.

What You'll Do:

* Own and support the full product lifecycle - from early-stage concepts to production and rollout

* Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations to develop and improve products

* Act as the bridge between technical execution and product direction, ensuring feasibility, quality, and performance

* Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development as you grow into the Product Manager function

* Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the product portfolio

What We're Looking For:

* ~5 years' total experience, ideally a mix of:

* Electrical engineering (hands-on or design/development)

* Mechanical understanding (integration, testing, or support)

* Product development or product support

* Strong grasp of product development and lifecycle processes in a manufacturing or industrial environment

* Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced, collaborative shop floor setting

* A technical qualification in electrical or electromechanical engineering (degree, HND/HNC, or equivalent experience)

* Eagerness to grow into a leadership role and shape the product function
