About the Opportunity: 

This dynamic commercial property team is looking for a Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive to re-engage with its Exeter based clients and potentially build out the team locally.   

There will be immediate work available from other offices to get started while also focusing on developing new business locally through networking and relationship-building activities.

Team Structure

The wider commercial property team operates across several office bases with collaboration between them all. You will have Paralegal support. 

Responsibilities

• Re-develop the firm's commercial property practice in Exeter 
• Manage existing matters referred from other offices while building new local business relationships
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across different offices within the firm
• Supervise & mentor junior solicitors & paralegals as the team grows

About you

• Qualified senior solicitor with at least 5+ years PQE level 
• Commercial Property experience 
• Strong local knowledge of Exeter & surrounds preferred but not essential
• Demonstrated ability or willingness to participate actively in business development activities along with the existing team 
• Ambitious self-starter interested in building out a practice/team locally
