Hays Education is once again recruiting General Supply Teachers to meet continued demand for classroom cover. We're looking for passionate, adaptable educators ready to step into a variety of teaching roles-whether it's a single day or a full term.From general cover to subject-specific placements, we offer flexible opportunities that suit your availability and expertise.
🔍 Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment
Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences
Adapt quickly to different school settings and expectations
Collaborate with school staff and contribute to pupil progress✅ What We're Looking For

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in secondary schools (any subject specialism welcome)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A flexible, proactive, and professional approach
