Service Advisor Required, in Cardiff

Greet customers in the Service Department and provide professional, high-quality customer service
Liaise extensively with the workshop team to track ongoing repairs and services
Schedule vehicle services, maintenance, and repair work, including arranging courtesy vehicles where necessary
Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle and manage appointments efficiently
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the service department
Maintain accurate records using dealership management systems such as Kerridge/ADP/Keyloop Drive, One Link, Motability, or Service Plans/Emac.Requirements: 

Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not essential; strong customer service skills and a motivated attitude are equally valued.
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Knowledge of dealership management systems such as Kerridge, ADP, Keyloop Drive, or equivalent is advantageous.
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break and 1-in-3 Saturdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm.The Service Advisor role is ideal for someone looking to build a rewarding career within a well-established dealership.
