The role - Second in Charge of English

The successful English Teacher will be required to plan, deliver and mark dynamic and creative English lessons across key stages 3 and 4
Develop innovative English lesson plans that cater to various learning abilities, ensuring all students are engaged and challenged.
Build positive and effective relationships with students
As the new English Teacher you will be responsible for promoting the school ethos
Assist with monitoring the department, student progress etc
Assisting the Head of Department in developing the quality of teaching and learning in the department, monitoring standards, reviewing existing practice and planning.
Deputising for the Head of Department in their absence or as and when required.
