Job Description:
* Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets
* Conduct cost analysis and provide accurate estimates for construction projects
* Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
* Assist in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
* Prepare and submit progress reports to the senior quantity surveyor
Key Requirements:
* Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as MS Excel and AutoCAD
* Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
