We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a leading refurbishment contractor to oversee a school refurbishment project in Evesham.

Project Scope:

Refurbishment of classrooms

*

Upgrade works to a science laboratory

*

Toilet upgrade

*

Storeroom

Key Responsibilities:

*

Day-to-day site management

*

Coordinating trades and subcontractors

*

Ensuring health & safety compliance

*

Liaising with the client and contractors

*

Maintaining project timelines and quality standards

*

Short term programming

Requirements:

*

Valid CSCS card

*

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

*

First Aid at Work certificate

*

Proven experience managing school or education-sector refurbishment projects

*

Strong communication and organisational skills
