Motorcycle Technician - Cheltenham

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Basic | OTE £35,000 - £45,000+

The Role

We are recruiting for a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join a busy dealership/workshop in the Cheltenham area. This is a great opportunity to work with modern bikes in a well-equipped environment with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

* Service, maintain, and repair a range of motorcycles

* Diagnose faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment

* Carry out MOT prep (Class 1 & 2 desirable)

* Complete engine work, brakes, tyres, and general mechanical repairs

* Ensure all work meets manufacturer and safety standards

* Maintain accurate job cards and paperwork

* Work to efficiency and productivity targets

Requirements

* Experience as a Motorcycle Technician / Mechanic

* NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent (IMI / City & Guilds preferred)

* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

* Passion for motorcycles

* Full UK driving licence (motorcycle licence ideal)
