- Basic Salary: £30K-£60K based on exp plus OTE package
- Full time office based 08.30am to 5.30pm
- Location: Manchester
Our Consultancy based client based in Manchester is currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join thier team.
As a Consultant you will be working within a small team focussing on the delivery of live roles. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates for job roles, managing the candidate experience from end to end and client account management.
Responsibilities:
- Selling vacancies professionally by interacting with candidates over the phone.
- Ensuring live vacancies are fulfilled within the deadlines given with a strong understanding of live vacancies in the team (job board).
- Following suitable job filling processes provided to ensure best results.
- Protection of fees and margins and the ability to negotiate with candidates.
- Engage in end-to-end recruitment strategy.
- Ownership of weekly reporting.
- Responsible for teams tactical planning - forecasting and predictions, job board management, resource management.
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Prior Recruitment experience is essential
- Ability to communicate within a fast-paced team environment
- Driven with a competitive nature
- Looking to progress within a reputable company
