Job Type: Permanent, PartTime

Salary: £9.50/hour

We are looking for highly customer-focused individuals to join our existing Customer Service Team for a part-time role based in Canterbury.

The successful candidates will be able to communicate effectively with customers through various channels, providing professional and courteous responses whilst maintaining the highest level of service.

The role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, and the interest to learn new subjects whilst acquiring a detailed knowledge of computer systems. Being able to manage multiple tasks at once and adapt well to change is essential for the role along with being able to work with minimum supervision

What you'll do:

Be responsible for taking inbound telephone calls, responding to email enquiries, and monitoring our Live Chat facility

Responding to a varied range of customer queries including: Penalty Notices issued, Parking Permits, and Parking Bookings

Process Penalty Notice Appeals whilst ensuring attentiveness to ensure the accuracy of the information provided is paramount

What you'll bring:

Demonstrate excellent customer service

Effective listening skills to build relationships with our customers

Ability to respond to enquiries in a professional manner

Experience of working in the parking industry is desirable but not essential

What we'll offer you:
£9.50 hourly rate
20 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8:00 - 12:00 or Monday to Friday 15:00 - 19:00)
20 days holiday per year and 8 Bank Holidays
